Our Story
Hi, we’re Kim and Randy Williams, the proud owners of SERVPRO of Wilkes and Alleghany Counties.
After years in the restoration and cleanup industry, we decided to start our own SERVPRO® franchise, which we incorporated in January 2009, just after the recession hit. Although the beginning was challenging, we treated every customer with empathy and respect, earning their trust one job at a time. Today, we serve the communities of Elkin, Moravian Falls, North Wilkesboro, Sparta, and Wilkesboro, NC. Our dedicated team operates 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help and make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.”
Over the years, we’ve helped countless individuals and businesses recover from disasters, including those impacted by Hurricane Helene.
Our Employees
Our mission is to develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. This guiding principle has been the foundation of our success and will continue to shape our future. Our employees are uniformed, highly trained, and ready to respond to emergencies at a moment’s notice.
We are a Clean Trust (IICRC) Certified Firm, and all of our Crew Chiefs are certified technicians! Additionally, as part of SERVPRO’s national network of qualified franchises, we can handle disasters of any size, no matter how large or small.

We also utilize ultrasonic cleaning machines, an ozone room, and a heated drying chamber, enabling us to restore items with precision and care.

We encourage our employees to actively participate in community groups and events.
